momo studio ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what Momo's Tarot handles and why.
What Momo's Tarot keeps
- No name, email, phone number or contacts, and no account system.
- Your consultation history is saved only on your device.
- When you ask Momo a question, the text of your question and the cards you drew are sent through our server to Google Gemini to generate the reply.
- So you get the reply even if you leave the app, our server holds your question and Momo's reply for up to 24 hours, then deletes them. If Momo cannot answer right away, the question is retried for up to 5 hours and the reply waits up to 3 days for your app to collect it; it is deleted once collected. We keep no other copy of your conversations.
- If you allow notifications, we keep your device's notification token to tell you when a reply is ready.
- For paid consultations, our server keeps the transaction signature, your public wallet address, the consultation tier and the amount paid for up to 90 days, to verify the payment and price upgrades.
- If you use a MOMO PASS or MOMO VIP benefit: your public wallet address, which pass you used and the month, so the free consultation is given once a month; a short-lived session token after you sign a message to prove the wallet is yours; and, if you get a MOMO PASS here, the pass issued to your address. Which passes you hold and your SKR stake are read from the public blockchain.
Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They do not predict the future and are not medical, financial or legal advice.
No private keys
We never store, access or receive your private keys or seed phrase. Every transaction is approved by you in your own wallet app.
Blockchain is public
When you use features that interact with the Solana blockchain, your public wallet address and transactions are recorded on that public network, independently of us.
Third-party services
Momo's Tarot works with third-party wallet apps (via Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter), Solana RPC providers, public SOL/USD price sources, Google Gemini, which writes Momo's replies, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, which delivers reply notifications, and runs on Cloudflare. Please review the privacy policies of those services.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Children
Momo's Tarot is not directed to children under 13.
Your requests
To ask about or request deletion of records tied to your wallet address, email mmu95095@gmail.com from any address and include the wallet address. Records already written to the public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.

By downloading, installing or using Momo's Tarot, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. The app
Momo's Tarot is a tarot reading app with free card spreads and optional paid consultations settled in SOL. Readings are for reflection and entertainment; they do not predict the future or guarantee any outcome, and are not a substitute for medical, financial or legal advice.
3. Payments
Paid features are paid on the Solana blockchain from your own wallet. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us. Before approving, check the amount and the app shown in your wallet. If a payment was sent but the feature was not delivered, contact us with the transaction signature.
4. User responsibilities
You must comply with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and digital assets.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
