momo studio ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what SOL MERGE handles and why.

What SOL MERGE keeps

Your public wallet address, which identifies your game profile. There is no separate account, name or email.
Game records tied to that address: scores, weekly leaderboard entries, daily check-ins and in-game item balances.
Purchase records for in-game items: transaction signature, item, quantity, currency and amount, so a purchase can be verified and delivered once.
Pass records: your SKR staking tier as read from the public blockchain, and the Staker Pass or VIP Pass NFTs issued to your address.
A short-lived session token so you do not have to sign a message for every action.

Weekly leaderboard entries, your wallet address and score, are public. The app shows the address shortened.

No private keys

We never store, access or receive your private keys or seed phrase. Every transaction is approved by you in your own wallet app.

Blockchain is public

When you use features that interact with the Solana blockchain, your public wallet address and transactions are recorded on that public network, independently of us.

Third-party services

SOL MERGE works with third-party wallet apps (via Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter), Solana RPC providers, public SOL/USD price sources, and runs on Cloudflare. Please review the privacy policies of those services.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Children

SOL MERGE is not directed to children under 13.

Your requests

To ask about or request deletion of records tied to your wallet address, email mmu95095@gmail.com from any address and include the wallet address. Records already written to the public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.

By downloading, installing or using SOL MERGE, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. The app

SOL MERGE is a casual 2048-style merge puzzle game for the Solana ecosystem, with optional in-game items and NFT passes.

3. Payments

Paid features are paid on the Solana blockchain from your own wallet. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us. Before approving, check the amount and the app shown in your wallet. If a payment was sent but the feature was not delivered, contact us with the transaction signature.

4. User responsibilities

You must comply with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and digital assets.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
